What is the role?
•You will be responsible for responding and resolving customer issues / inquiries in a timely and professional manner, by phone and email.
•You will be responsible for responding and resolving customer issues / inquiries in a timely and professional manner on our social media platforms.
•You will be responsible for ensuring that all daily inquiries are addressed and all customer inquiries are resolved.
•You will be responsible for escalating issues affecting operations, sales and technical processes to relevant parties.
•You will be responsible for helping customers with the systems.
•You will be responsible for assisting office staff with ad hoc tasks.
